Mark Taylor specialises in DIY house removals from the UK to France. We combine the advantages of a DIY service that saves you the costs of a full removal service with the experience and knowledge we have of moving many people to France to make you feel that your new way of life in France has started the moment we arrive to pick up your goods. We will offer as much advice as you want and, in case you are worrying about losing all ties with the UK, we are more than willing to become part of your link back to the UK.
From our central base in Nottingham in the East Midlands, we are able to move you from anywhere in the UK to anywhere in France, specialising in removals to the South East of France and anywhere en-route.
About our truck
Our truck can carry approximately 25 tonnes when full. When estimating how much space your contents will occupy on the truck, if you think in terms of filling a standard sized single garage from floor to ceiling, 1 full garage would occupy approximately 50% of the truck. If you only need part of the vehicle for your belongings your costs could be further reduced by sharing the load with someone else who is moving to France, or you could use the extra space to transport your second car - the choice is yours!
